Since 2004, Bristol Sheds has prided itself on having close attention to detail. Our storage sheds, detached garages, chicken coops, gazebos, and pavilions are hand-built by experienced craftsmen with premium wood 2×4 @ 16″ oc. walls and all joists are pressure treated for maximum lifespan.
We use all plywood construction on the majority of our buildings, which we find to be the most cost-effective solution for how durable it is. We use high-grade lumber with 4-ply 1/2″ plywood sheathing or DuraTemp siding (no OSB or particle boards) for all of our structures’ siding. Our floors are constructed from 5/8″ or 3/4″ pressure-treated plywood.
We pre-build and deliver most of our sheds right to your home, but we also offer Built-On-Site services for inaccessible yards and shed removal and repair services if you need them. Please call (267) 251-6112 to inquire.
All of our storage structures come with a 5-year workmanship warranty and all of the materials we work with are also covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us for all of the warranty details.
If you need some help with site preparation, we also offer stone pad foundations or cinder block leveling services!
Hear What Our Customers Have to Say
FAQs
Do you build your own sheds? What materials do you use?
All of our buildings are built in a family shop by Amish craftsmen and are delivered to our lot or your yard directly. We are not a wholesale distributor of storage buildings. Alongside our pre-built and custom storage buildings, we also offer used and refurbished sheds for sale.
All of our buildings are constructed with high-quality and durable materials. We never use OSB or particle boards, working only with high-grade lumber like 4-ply ½” plywood sheathing and DuraTemp siding. We use 2×4 premium lumber for our 16” on center walls and only use pressure-treated joists to ensure longevity.
Will my building come with a lock? What door sizes do you offer?
All buildings at Bristol Sheds come with a standard door lock and key. Our doors come in the following sizes: 4’, 5’, 6’, 7’, 8’, 9’ and 10’.
What foundation should I use for my new shed?
You can use your existing foundation if you have one, or we can build a new one with stone, block, or concrete.
Do you do any on-site preparation? Can you remove my old shed when you deliver the new one?
We offer services for stone pad foundations, cinder block leveling, and shed removal. Shed removal must be completed before your new building is delivered.
How long will it take to build my shed after ordering & when will it be delivered?
Depending on the time of year, the average lead time for custom orders is 3 to 5 weeks. For fast delivery with no wait times, we have plenty of pre-built structures available online and on our lot. After ordering your structure, our team will be in contact with you to schedule a day and time that works for both you and the delivery driver.
Do I need to be home when my building is delivered?
You don’t need to be home when your building is delivered; however, you should have indicators like stakes set up to clearly show where the building should go. Additionally, if our team has already done site prep for you, you don’t need to be home.
Will you need to drive in my yard when my building is delivered? How much clearance room is needed?
We use a shed mule to place your new building in your yard. This maintains your yard’s condition and keeps our truck off your lawn. If we are unable to use a shed mule to place your structure in its desired spot, we can build it on-site. For delivery, our team needs clearance space that is at least 1 ft wider than your building.
Can my shed be built on-site? Does it cost extra & how long will it take?
We frequently work with customers who have inaccessible or hard-to-reach yards that require on-site construction. Our team is experienced at building sheds on-site in a timely and professional manner, placing customer sheds exactly where they want them to go.
There is an extra cost for building sheds on-site; however, this can be more cost-effective than removing fences or other buildings to place your new structure. Average-size sheds generally take 3 to 5 hours to build on-site. This changes depending on building size.
Does my storage building come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties cover all the materials we use in construction. We also provide our own 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on all our buildings.
